Dela Jajarmi

Dela is the Talent Manager at Rizzi & Rizzi. She graduated from TMU with a Bachelors in Creative Industries, specializing in Media Business. Her education gives her a solid foundation for understanding current social media trends, and managing talent. She works closely with talent to coordinate inbound opportunities such as paid collaborations, on their behalf. She assists in onboarding new talent by pulling relevant information from their platforms, and creating documents to establish their brandability. These include media kits, rate cards, analytics and goal setting. Dela is passionate in strengthening each talent’s monetizable assets through establishing and maintaining relationships with reputable brands.
